Nothing beats the extreme fudginess when you take a big bite out of one of these. Of course I had to go with a chocolate cookie for this recipe. I had a feeling that they would become my new obsession. When the idea for these jumped into my head, I couldn’t wait to hold a cookie or two in my hands.
